Modern, great budget property. Good-sized and brand-new units with oven, a double bed, private bathroom, amazingly nice employees. Coffee and fresh bread for breakfast, nice touch. Convenient, peaceful location in Fiumicino, close enough to the sightseeing area for 15€ per person per way as well as the grocery store. Also, on a taxi from the port.

The hotel has peaceful location adjacent to flight path, Leonardo Da Vinci airport and the train terminal at the airport. We had a fine bedroom.

Liked my 1 night stay. The staff were all excellent, fantastic friendly. The location was quiet and perfect for traveling around Fiumicino, near to a residential area with shops, a nice neighbourhood and Fiumicino airport. I found Il Karma offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. I had fine days staying at this low cost hotel.

Modern place & nicely decorated room that was brand-new. The staff was efficient and took care of us. We ate at a very nice restaurant for dinner. The bed was good, bidet worked well. Liked it during our VERY RELAXING stay.

No complaint, the venue met what was needed, totally recommend it. The property was immaculately clean with pleasant staff. There were central heating, a work desk, and a TV set in the room, appreciated that. The location was peaceful - short walk to Airport and Ostia Antico ancient Roman port and Pecora Nera restaurant. Had tea and goodies at Yoghobar Danone Roma, nestled 3 km of the hotel.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was impeccably clean & the staff were outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice. Remote location short walk to the Fiumicino airport and local restaurants, it was in a charming area. The food was amazing, had a good choice of options. Had a comfortable time.

Our experience was PLEASANT. La taverna vecchia served dishes within 500 feet off the hotel. The property was very close to Roma S.Pietro train station.
